Whilst we understand that technology can fail, at £125 for one hour we would expect to have been offered a refund or another game rather than being expected to just shrug our shoulders. The host was apologetic and admitted that the room was controlled by a computer programme which had "glitched". That led us on again to another clue which enabled us to "escape" despite not having completed other challenges - which turned out to be because another clue which we had got right had not released a lock. We wasted 5-10 min repeating it before asking for a clue, at which point the host realised it hadn't worked. We worked out the sequence we needed to release the next clue, but the clue didn't release. Then started well with a variety of puzzles leading to a great way to unlock the second stage. The host apologised and said he couldn't reset the room now, so that was the first puzzle we didn't get to solve. Our "experience" started with the briefing during which we noticed a key lying on the floor. There are some clever twists and good puzzles.
